The day- Saturday, 13th October- my mom hurrying me up telling me i was going to be late and the bus would leave without me. Several yawns and a whole lot of water later , I'm as fresh as I'm gonna be- It's seven in the morning and i'm a late sleeper. But what the heck? I decide i can sleep in the bus...(little did i know how much sleep i was gonna get)
Anyways, like always happens with these things, i reached in time or maybe much before cause we only managed to leave like an hour later...then it was off to the green Sagargad amidst fun and frolic in the bus.
It was arelatively easy climb if you discount the innumerable breaks we took, the allergy reaction my friend broke out with and the fact onlyfour of us made it to the top (out of choice not casualty). All the lessons came to my mind- perseverance, a test of self, discovering your strengths. Butwhat really stood out washow friends canstand up and be there for each other- 1 guy taking care of 5 girls. The poor fellow! Not the best of circumstances to be stranded with 5 females but he handled it very well. I nearly slipped on some loose stones andwell luckily he was there or i would have had an instant slide-it was a very cute catch actually- kinda like a filmed salsa drop up in the mountains. One friend wore a chinaman cap with elastic band underneck and everything- very cute andvery easy to make fun of. You can be sure i made full use of the latter.
Then we went to Vaidya Villa and we had a jam session to Marathi music- aamhi marathi manus aahe- yeah! and some really funny music gets sung in Marathi. It was rocking to do the 'Kho kho kho' step which is basically a rooster crowing. We also had a bonfire with games being played and talents being displayed.
In the morning we went for a walk on the beach and admired the scenery- all of us had our photos shot together and esp. my friend who likens herself to a model- she's half there really.
We played this really fun game in the bus- UNO WILD! I developed it so that we could play truth or dare in the bus.
Draw Two- 1 truth
Draw 4- 2 truths
No.s- the no. of things you have to say about a chosen topic
Wild- Dare
Skip, Reverse- chose any1 from the group to pick a card
While we got a bholi bhali friend to abuse non stop for the first time, i line marooed on a guy's ass thru song and my friend pretended to be a bevdi while the guy friend yet has tio complete his- telling a guy i love you my darling and kissing him on the cheek- it will happen some day in college- but wat can i say? the trip was damn good fun! and weare definitely going todo it again!
